I developed and facilitated The Radical Sanctuary, a modular training program designed to increase social safety on the cultural work floor through an intersectional and embodied approach. The training combines dialogue, reflection, and collaborative exercises to help teams build shared language, collective responsibility, and more equitable working dynamics. Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the institution or group, creating a grounded, open space to learn, unlearn, and practice new ways of working together.
